The Bijou Theatre can arrange catering, and a bartender for our classic-looking modern bar. Party hosts are welcome to bring in their own caterer or food. (We do not have a kitchen for on-premises cooking.) We can accommodate a wide variety of situations and we offer creative ideas and themes to help you and your guests enjoy the space.
The size and space of the Bijou Theatre encourages interaction. The theatre is large enough to move around comfortably, yet small enough to provide an intimate ambiance.
Use our full-size movie screen for a PowerPoint presentation, or our stage to make group announcements or to present awards with our new LED “star field” as your backdrop. We can help you book a band, DJ, magician, hypnotist or other entertainer to make sure your event is fun and memorable.
Our five-hour flat-rate package includes a dedicated audio/visual tech professional to make sure the lighting, sound and computer programs work harmoniously for your presentation on the stage or the big screen. If you don’t have visuals built into your event, you can choose to use our new LED “star field” as your presentation backdrop, or the movie screen can be used to reinforce your message with a logo, scenery images, or ambient coloring to set the mood you desire.
Audio/Visual equipment such as podium and wireless microphones, state of the art sound system, stage lighting and of course the big screen, are included in the package.
Ask us about ice-breaker game ideas to encourage networking and keep the party hopping. For example, we can create a fun Jeopardy-like quiz show with themes surrounding your industry or office.
